Defiance

Scáthach, when she faced Fiachdubh, fighting him to force him to relinquish all control over her. She won, and Fiachdubh disowned her, not realising that was exactly what she had wanted.

This was the first time I ever tried showing a character actually bleeding from a wound not concealed by clothing, and the only time I've tried doing a reflection (Fiachdubh's face reflected on the bade).

I'm really happy with how it turned out!
